Guinabsan Multi Purpose Cooperative, (GMPC), whose members are Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) of Agusan del Norte, recently received a farm tractor worth PHP1.8 million under the Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Project (CRFPSP).
Elsa O. Bukad, Chair of GMPC, expressed gratitude to DAR-Agusan del Norte for the release of the equipment to their cooperative.
"Dako’g tabang ang DAR sa among kooperatiba, daghan na kayo ang ilang ayuda nga gidunol kanamo, karon nakadawat napud mig tractor," Chair Elsa said.
The DAR-CRFPSP is a nationwide strategy assisting the ARB organizations aimed to build climate resiliency at the ARC level and to adopt technology innovations to improve farmers' farm activities and thus boost their productivity and income.
